I'm Sylvie, a registered nutritional therapist, health coach and yoga and mindfulness teacher.

I help women and men over 40 embrace midlife with ease and confidence, even when it feels impossible to find the time and energy to make changes or if they are confused about what to do.

I understand that, for many of us, midlife can turn our health upside down and it can feel hard to come out of this downward spiral. Furthermore, there appears to be so much contradictory information around nutrition and what works for someone else may not be good for you. You are in the right place to find answers, your own answers, different to anyone else's.

I am here to safely support you with simple approaches to eating well and living well so that you can have your passion for life back.

I passionately believe that eating the right foods for your body and adopting healthy habits can make a difference to how you feel now and in the long-term. It can be life-changing to understand all the changes you are going through and to learn how to nourish and balance your body in midlife. With the right guidance, you can go back to enjoying food and to the future you dreamed of.

Food has always been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. Wanting to understand more about how food can help us thrive, I studied a 3-year Nutritional Therapist diploma at the highly-regarded College for Naturopathic Medicine, where I graduated with distinction.

During that time, midlife and perimenopause hit me all at once. I simply did not feel right or like myself anymore: stuck, low, joint pain, new symptoms, etc. With far too many plates to juggle - ageing parents, work pressure, family life - and with the growing worry about what was next... which of my parents' many health issues would come my way first? It felt like I had lost my inner compass and I needed to find balance in my life again.

For this reason, I have made it my mission to gain extensive knowledge of menopause and  the health challenges linked with midlife for both mean and women through targeted research and professional development to help my clients - and myself - feel better again.

I am committed to making a difference to anyone over 40 and to helping my clients feel calm and centred, strong and energised, and in the flow of life, whatever comes up. I will support you every step of the way, through the ups and downs, to find your way back to a joyful and fulfilling life. I will leave no stone unturned for as long as we are working together.

I have been practicing yoga since my 20s. Yoga helped me during my three pregnancies and was a key part of my recovery from debilitating sciatica pain. I love teaching Yin Yoga - the perfect antidote to our fast-paced modern life! - and Yoga Nidra, my go-to when I feel tired and drained. I enjoy adapting classes to individual needs & I encourage my students to listen to their own body with kindness. I am currently doing further training to teach Yoga for Arthritis and Chronic Pain.
