YIN YOGA

WEDNESDAYS 7.30pm-8.45pm

ON ZOOM OR IN PERSON (close to Manor House Gardens, SE12)

  • weeks of practice for £50 on Zoom or for £60 in person (from Wednesday 5th June till Wednesday 3rd July)

  • On Zoom: you can join live and/or via the recordings which are available for 7 days every week

  • In person: I am delighted to welcome you in my home yoga space. You will also receive the Zoom recording if you would like to practice some more during the week.

  • BONUS: a short video (10-20 minute) every week. An easy way to fit in some yoga into your daily life.

TWO NEW CLASSES IN SEPTEMBER 2024

NOURISH YOGA

THURSDAYS 9am-10am

IN PERSON (close to Manor House Gardens, SE12)

A mix of fluid and explorative somatic movement and the long-held poses of Yin Yoga. A nourishing class to slow right down, cultivate body awareness and release tension. Come home to your body, move with more ease and let stress melt away.

6 weeks of practice for £75 - from Thursday 22nd February to Thursday 28th March

My yoga space (close to Manor House Gardens) is fully equipped with mats, lovely bolsters, plenty of blankets, bricks and blocks, belts and sandbags for everyone. Small groups, lots of attention (8 maximum).

New to Nourish Yoga? Give it a try for a week (£13).

YOGA FOR ARTHRITIS AND CHRONIC PAIN

THURSDAYS 10.30am-11.30am

IN PERSON (close to Manor House Gardens, SE12) in my fully equipped home yoga space

Maximum 5 per class

A tailored yoga class to exercise gently and stay active:

  • Reduce pain and stiffness

  • Regain mobility by increasing strength, flexibility, and balance

  • Reduce anxiety and depression

  • Breathe easier

  • Increase energy

6 weeks of practice for £96 - from Thursday 22nd February to Thursday 28th March

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow and nourishing practice that can increase mobility and wellbeing and is a perfect antidote to our fast-paces lives.

Some of the possible benefits of practicing Yin Yoga:

• Calms and balances the mind and body

• Improves flexibility

• Lubricates and protects the joints

• Reduces stress and anxiety

• Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) and brings balance to the organs in the body

• Allows us to slow down, pause and soften

• Every pose can become a short meditation

• For a flexible body and a calm mind

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation/meditation that can calm the nervous system and take you to a state where you are neither awake nor asleep, where the mind can relax, creativity can flow & the body can let go. Deeply restful and nourishing.
