Yoga Classes

YIN YOGA

WEDNESDAYS 7.30pm-8.45pm

ON ZOOM OR IN PERSON (close to Manor House Gardens, SE12)

  • weeks of practice for £60 on Zoom or for £68 in person (from Wednesday 26th February till Wednesday 2nd April. Classes on March 12th and April 2nd will be online only.)

  • On Zoom: you can join live and/or via the recordings which are available for 7 days every week

  • In person: I am delighted to welcome you in my home yoga space. You will also receive the Zoom recording if you would like to practice some more during the week.

  • BONUS: a short video (10-20 minute) every week. An easy way to fit in some yoga into your daily life.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow and nourishing practice that can increase mobility and wellbeing and is a perfect antidote to our fast-paces lives.

​

Some of the possible benefits of practicing Yin Yoga:

• Calms and balances the mind and body

• Improves flexibility

• Lubricates and protects the joints

• Reduces stress and anxiety

• Stimulates the meridians (energy channels) and brings balance to the organs in the body

• Allows us to slow down, pause and soften

• Every pose can become a short meditation

• For a flexible body and a calm mind

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation/meditation that can calm the nervous system and take you to a state where you are neither awake nor asleep, where the mind can relax, creativity can flow & the body can let go. Deeply restful and nourishing.
