  • Nutrition education and health coaching to support positive changes

  • Comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment to gain a full understanding of your symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle and stress levels

  • Research time to fully explore and understand your health history, your diagnosis or condition and the most recent evidence-based research

  • Regular appointments to review your progress and provide accountability

  • Updated personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan after each consultation

  • Medication-nutrient interaction assessment (where applicable)

  • Recommendations for tests and supplements to support your progress and interpretation of tests (where applicable)

  • Resources: eBooks, recipes, coaching tools

  • Optional Yoga and Mindfulness 'add-on' packages

  • Messaging support throughout the programme

RESET PROGRAMME

3 months – monthly contact

Includes: Initial 75-minute consultation and 3 x 30-minute follow-up consultations

You have started to make changes to your nutrition and lifestyle but you are still struggling with symptoms. You need a personalised approach that takes the whole of you into account (body, mind and heart). You are a self-starter: a monthly session seems enough to guide you through changes.

NOURISH PROGRAMME

3 months – fortnightly contact

Includes: Initial 75-minute consultation and 6 x 30-minute follow-up consultations

 

You are committed and motivated to make changes but don’t really know where to start. You need regular, fortnightly contact to gain a better understanding of your body and your symptoms and to follow the manageable steps of your personalised plan, each step bringing you closer to your health goals.

TRANSFORM PROGRAMME

3 months – weekly contact

Includes: Initial 75-minute consultation and 11 x 30-minute follow-up consultations

 

You have enough of struggling with symptoms. You are ready to reclaim your health and to learn how to manage your transition into midlife, gently and for good. You need weekly sessions to feel supported and to hold you accountable so that you can go back to living well again.
