Sylvie Asimus

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Functional Medicine Health Coach + Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, I believe in supporting the whole of you: mind, body and heart. Together we will create a realistic and easy-to-implement food and lifestyle plan that works for you and your everyday life, even when you are feeling stressed, time-poor or overwhelmed.

If you are worried your health is taking a wrong turn for good and unsure what to do about it, you need someone knowledgeable who will take the time to listen to you and inspire you to take charge of your health, gently and for good.

I will guide you with warmth and care to adopt consistent changes that make a difference. I am committed to being by your side every step of the way as you learn how to nourish and balance your body ready for midlife.
